I love the use of perspective and the rays coming from the sun. Was that a camera filter or added in Photoshop?

Hi, thanks for the nice words; the rays in this picture resulted neither from a filter nor were they created in Photoshop -- believe it or not, they are original... (it was a bit dusty; lens 50 mm)
